At Ramana Garden, we love testimonials. Many have inspired and still inspire us and we believe that we are many to be nourished by them. This is why we want to offer them a privileged place by giving the floor to guests, anonymous or known, not to deliver a teaching, but simply to talk about their research, their discoveries, their difficulties, their achievements and their understandings.
Our first guest could not be other than Paul Vervisch. We absolutely wanted to pay homage to him in these first bouquets. We are indeed full of gratitude towards him because - and this is not nothing - we owe him the discovery of Nisargadatta Maharaj. He had the good fortune to meet him in 1980, in his famous mezzanine on Khetwadi Lane, in Mumbai. All his life he remained imbued with his presence and his words which he has greatly contributed to spreading in French through several books published by the editions

Les Deux oceans. The evocation of his master always animated him with a tremendously contagious enthusiasm. Unfortunately, apart from the film Awaken to the Eternal, we do not know of any other audiovisual documents in which it appears. The video that we present here seems all the more precious to us. We had filmed it in 2009 for a project which had then not succeeded. This is the first time that these images have been released publicly and we are very happy that they are now shared.
